The thing about cameras and brand loyalty is that once you start buying lenses, you’re pretty much locked in unless you want to sell ALL of your shit at a loss–since branded lenses don’t work with different brand bodies. But that’s not a huge deal if you’re just buying a camera to shoot decent video with. As long as you’ve got a body made in the last 15 years or so and a kit lens, you’re pretty much good to go.
