In regards to those medieval torture devices, they were almost never actually used and I think Mike was getting at this. The Church got confessions and repentance long before those were even needed. These devices were only ever used for extreme heretics who didn’t repent. Also those people would have essentially been enemies of the state at that point because the Church and State were one in the same.
I still wish there was more Christian teaching on the Talmud. In the modern church it is never brought up. I didn’t even know about the Talmud until I was 19 and doing Holocaust denial after being brought up in the church my whole life.
Mike what would your narrative have been during 9/11? Covid and 9/11 have a ton of similarities and if you just say “I would have went after jews” why aren’t you doing that with covid?
