You gents are in your early Forties? You need – NEED to be taking D3 evry day. A small dosage, but you need to take Vitamin D3 EVERY day.
NAD+, an omega 3, and magnesium are also very good. I also take a turmeric (curcumin) and that has helped the sluggishness that I felt after COVID go away! But yes D3 and C are miracle workers as well!
Tumeric is AWESOME for cancer prevention. I have capsules – but I also use it in cooking meats. I can’t really taste the flavor unless I really pour it on – but the hubster says he can so I am very judicious in amounts. But you can’t go wrong with tumeric. You have to be careful with dosages of Vitamin D and magnesium. Even Vit C – if your urine is super yellow you are overdoing it. Reasonable dosages are fine.
