Day one is amazing. You get about three days in and you’re either maxed out, groggy, clouded or just plain asleep.
B6 tends to work better for me over the long haul with little side effects. Interesting that it shows up in alot of prework type supplements… Possibly to temper any aggro tendency, post.

Bro wtf, I also had an unexplained bruise on the inside of my arm about a week ago. I thought maybe I tore my bicep somehow as it has slight discomfort but I can’t feel any structural damage.

Y’all need vitamin c. Powdered form is best, this is what I use. Helps a ton with energy in high doses. I take about 5-6000mg/day. It’s water soluble so you just excrete what your body doesn’t use or need.

Sven, melatonin works best if you take it every night at the same time for about 2 weeks to reset your sleep pattern.
I swear by melatonin. Ive taken it for maybe 15+ years now. You will get over the hump. Everyone always complains about weird dreams, not restful sleep etc. As with any supplement/vitamin IT TAKES TIME. Vitamins are not instant fixes. Take melatonin as Miss Abyss says every night for 1 month and check back with us.
