Right now anything that takes a lot of standing, like shaving and showering, just wipes me out. I have to sit down periodically. It’s getting better VERY slowly! I feel about 80. Worse thing I’ve ever had.
It took me almost 3 months to fully recover. That included the lack of energy, in the last month or so. When you are very ill for very long, your immune system gets very stressed. Just take your time. You will get over it. You will be fine.
Neither am I but I wouldn’t recommend my current state to anyone!

I’ve had sleep paralysis a couple times, if want to actually snap out of it try wiggling your toes and fingers quickly. Also if you don’t dream regularly you might not be getting deep sleep, try taking melatonin or something like that.
I had that Thursday night. Haven’t had it in a while. I remember feeling like it was IMPERATIVE that I reach over and turn on my lamp. I had to get the light on or… else, but I could barely move my arms and when I reached the switch, my fingers couldn’t rotate it.
I didn’t even remember it happened until just now.
I have had sleep paralysis off and on for years and didn’t realize it frightened people until I read about it.
I also have lucid dreaming, so maybe since I’ve never felt “out of control” in dreams I haven’t been frightened of sleep paralysis either.
I just gradually realize I am awake but can’t move; I either go back to sleep or I become more fully awake and control of my limbs returns naturally.
Was never frightened or alarmed by it.

I got the coof, took the horse pill, symptoms were extremely mild after that, however the cough persisted and my lungs felt like they were not back to 100%. Concerning for someone with asthma. I got a percussion massager and I use that on my back, I’ve been taking the supplement Lung Tonic by Herbs Etc and doing steams with oils and breathing exercises. Those things have helped immensely and I am now back to exercising and cardio. Just sharing in the hopes it can help someone else.
