My grandpa worked at Sears for decades back in the day, and over the years amassed an awesome collection of craftsman tools (and toolchests) which I was lucky to inherit, and use all the time. All the vaccines are using the same molecular level approach, including Novavax (who have been working on vaccines for the common cold, with at best limited success, for years). the J&J one, Novavax one, and others are using the same approach, but in the US only the mRNA ones are being pushed.
