I could see the employer-mandated vaccine busting trade unions or at least punishing union workers. Large corporations are beginning to demand all workers on a site be vaccinated even if the worker’s company isn’t. No I completely disagree. The criminal should not be sitting on death row for more than a year. The victim’s family deserve swift and speedy justice.
I mean, if we’re gonna fantasize about optimal criminal punishment measures I would think it goes without saying that a sane criminal justice system in a sane society is also assumed.
