Sven – better than intermittent fasting – try being “just a little hungry all the time”. I know it sounds like BS – but being ‘just a little hungry’ lets you build muscle while burning fat – expecting people to count calories and time meals is nonsense
I count calories and it works great. All you need to do is be aware what your general daily intake standard is and stay within that. After a month or so of counting calories you’ll know generally how many calories each item is after having counted it for a month.

I was FURIOUS on Monday. Then I realized it was a holiday. Then I realized you guys work in a week what I do in a day, just hours wise. Calorically speaking, I burn in an hour what ya’ll do in a year. The paychads didn’t authorize any UPTO, and certainly we don’t supply PTO. Dafuq you think this is, Israel or something?
