The prosecutors can’t guarantee 12 cat ladies in any of those cases. Half the country is on one of the sides of each capitol protestor. At the very least you are going to have guaranteed hung juries for every case tried

Talking about “dramatic moments” in court it’s funny you mention Bundy at the beginning. After Bundy was given the death penalty the judge made a few remarks to Bundy in front of the whole court basically saying Bundy had thrown his life away and could have been an amazing lawyer. Really that whole trial was on some soap opera tier shit. You can find plenty of footage of the trial online as it was televised, you don’t need to watch the Hollywood recreations if you’re interested.
