My state of North Carolina just released 3,800 prisoners after losing a lawsuit to the NAACP and ADL. Majority of those being released are Black or Hispanic and their crimes include repeat DUI offender, rapists, kidnappers, assault, armed robbery, manslaughter, attempted murder, animal abuse, elderly abuse, ect.
