The idea of pipe bombs on timers is laughable. Professional and military demolition use triggers. Any explosive with a timer would require a custom made circuit board with very specific and intricate electricity controlling parts along with primary and secondary explosives. Not something anyone can do and if they could it’s ridiculously impractical. It would require massive amounts of prep and skill. TLDR: The timer bomb is just Hollywood BS.
