I don’t think making it hard to involuntarily admit people to mental hospitals are bad in itself, considering the amount of abuse there. Psychiatry has always been used as tool to suppress “unwanted behaviour”. Less than 100 years ago, people with dyslexia were admitted and earlier escaped slave were considered to have a mental illness.
