Xfinity is comcast. The issue is comcast is supplying the internet, which is replacing their cable service. Their argument is since they supply the internet, they should be able to throttle things like Netflix/Hulu/Prime ect, because they laid the infrastructure necessary for these companies that are replacing them as a tv provider to exist.
