Trannies are by definition psychotic. I haven’t observed much Autism in them. Maybe some Obsessive compulsive disorder, but not autism.

There’s no such thing as ‘natural trannies’ and autistic children are definitely being targeted and convinved they’re trans. Just search the two terms and you’ll find many articles about this. Higher levels of autism among ‘trans’ people is something even the Atlantic writes about.
