The most particular to Finland type of cheese is probably leipäjuusto (literally translated to bread cheese). I don’t think it’s really available abroad

Havarti is some good choose. But my favorite cheese is Gjetost (Norwegian Goat Cheese. Pronounced yay-toast). Cleary Norwegians are the best Scandis when it comes to cheesy endeavors.
