Specialty sandwiches aren’t the same on White as they are the appropriate bread. Pumpernickel, sourdough, and Subway Parmesan bread are a few examples.
The type of bread doesn’t make much difference for breakfast toast as long as it isn’t fancy. Fancy gourmet breads suck. Give me Wonder Bread or give me death.
Is gluten free bread even bread? It’s certainly kosher for passover as most vegetarian and vegan “foods” no doubt.
Carrots are extremely low calorie and high fiber. Have a carrot after eating your white bread sandwich. Problem solved.

Lemmy deserves some praise for what he did with Hawkwind and Motorhead. Late 70’s no one was really doing the fast metal stuff, I mean it’s obvious, no Motorhead, no NWOBHM and later thrash. The problem with Motorhead though, one trick pony, there isn’t much difference to them. The one exception being the album Another Perfect Day. Still, you gotta say they carved out their own sound and niche and he rode it to the grave.

When you guys say “Protestant” can you please say “liberal Protestant” instead. Most of the Protestants I know are right wing on most social issues. The Prots you guys describe sound more like gay leftist Episcopalians than anybody else.

Anal Cunt isn’t really even a true Grind band, they won’t even allow them on Metal Archives either. I guess they kind of have the Noise sound too, but yeah of course you can’t discount Anal Cunt in that whole scene
In a past life I played in a Grind band. We opened for a few National acts. It was fun. But Sven’s right. It’s awful tasteless music and I haven’t listened to or played anything like it since. It took no skill and am worse off as a player because of it.

I was thinking about Christianity being a psyop against Europeans. If you notice the first Christians were Jews and like all Jewish endeavors, they will adopt and promote their operation until enough gentiles join in, then abandon the project.
If you look at the all the ancient gentiles leaving their native religions behind, only to have those religions supplemented by a foreign Jewish religion, with Jews now at the spiritual forefront; yeah…it looks like a psyop. Just look how it turned out for them.
The hatred jews have for Christians makes me think it isn’t a psyop. When they do things like promoting Freud or Einstein, those people they laud as heroes. But with Christianity jews don’t seem to be fans of it. Maybe they promote someone reading Romans 10:12 wrong but they don’t seem to be that enamored with it. Maybe that’s because of how many times Christians have pogromed them. Anyway my family has been in the Roman Catholic church for over 1000 years and it’ll take more than a hunch of a psyop to make me leave.
