My 3-month subscription ran out about two days after this started. I could barely understand the instructions for how to renew with credit card since there was a form on the page that said to send a mail but sent a mail for a 12 month subscription and a nice lady š responded and the whole thing was taken care of within at most 24 hours. Very good marks for customer service this company gets. And I have apparently been a good doggo. Ordinary email-adress, normal name, because I am a pretty normal and pretty moderate person. The new Postmaster General has decided if mail cannot be delivered within a carrier’s 8 hour shift it will be brought back till the next day. Carriers are being instructed to cut back mail, even 1st class, in order to stay within 8 hours. It is against the law to delay 1st class mail, but the new PMG doesn’t care. On top of this you have the covid-19 stuff to deal with. Carriers and clerks are calling in sick because they’re afraid they’ll catch the virus.
