I looked into BJJ the gym by my house was prohibitively expensive, 1500$ for a year membership. I don’t know maybe that’s reasonable but it dashed my Hope’s of joining at the time
Yeah, i hear ya, i pay 350/month for a family of 5 to go unlimited times. Its a priority for us, so i cut some other stuff out (less drinking, no more pot, and less “toys”) most places will give you a month for free, and i really cant stress the effectivness and enjoyment we get out of it. Its always cool when you travel, stop in some new place, take a class as a visitor, and get the comradery of it all. It really is a great community.
