I wouldn’t say the 2017 Cocteau Twins represses are bad, at least mine sound fine. Reading through the Discogs comments they seem to be a bit hit and miss though. I definitely don’t recall any clicks, pops, or loud surface noise. I’m more pissed that Milk & Kisses doesn’t include the Hong Kong bonus tracks. Faye Wong covered a few of their songs, and they later collaborated too. Welp, at least there’s a second disc with B-sides and the Japanese bonus tracks.
What do you bros think about Hegel?
I’m not a fan of his dialectic toward a “free” constitutional state, which sounds gay, but he makes some good points about civilizational differences and spiritualism. He seems like an anti-Spengler from my basic readings.
I enjoyed the bantz at the end. I’m too grug brained for philosophy. I’ll stick to my 5 translation of comfy chair.
