I work with Australians, Germans, Slavs, Spaniards, English and Scotts and I have to say EVERY CLICHE IS TRUE (on average). Of course I have seen the odd English being as friendly as an Italian but on average… European personality types are true and in the right proportion, they work great. But on the wrong proportion and with the wrong leadership it breaks up. At least that’s what I’ve experienced working in Europe.
