This may have changed, as they are now using language such as “direct payment”. In the above link, there is language that states that for individuals who are eligible for a payment, that payment will be taken as a credit against tax year 2020.
We don’t yet have the complete language of the bill the Senate just passed last night, so we don’t yet know if that language was carried forward.

Whenever I search for deportation numbers all the top google results are from liberal media sources, which makes the claim that Obama deported more than Trump skewed!
