I credit intermittent fasting, super simple healthy diet and a few types of basic crunches between all my upper body reps.
The hardest part is creating symmetry in the abdominal muscles and then maintaining it to achieve that stereotypical “6-pack” look.

I grew up in the 1970s and 80s in Florida and California suburbs that were built in the 1950s and 60s, and they had sidewalks and were very walkable. I walked everywhere as a kid. I was confused at first by all these people talking about suburbs without sidewalks. It must have been a post-1965 change in policy in how new suburbs were built.
Local governments set those standards so it’ll be different wherever you go. In my area, you can see when the building standards changed. All the old houses have practically no set backs and no sidewalks and newer buildings have sufficient set backs and sidewalks. It looks ugly as hell.

In the commercials he would lead physical activity drills, pushups, showing kids how to do situps, etc. At the end he told you to drink your milk, as he took a swig out of his mini carton. To be fair since he is not even centrist much else right wing perhaps the author admitting some faults of the “elite” is a win for us but compared to the great book Age of Entitlement I struggled to make it past the 2 quotes Michael lind decided to start his book with
