Hey Striker I don’t know what your strength coach has been telling you but if you’re looking at basic strength training in regards to boxing you need to focus on: squats incline press single arm rotational press weighted leg lifts seated row (to balance out the alternating actions) and a variety of extremely rigorous core exercises If you’re looking to compete then endurance is paramount and you should be jogging and running high intensity cardio intervals (suicides, weighted punches, etc.) If you’re looking for say… a more practical functionality to the sport then you better start building those calcium deposits.… Read more »
A social service worker who reaches out to immigrants, refugees etc. That’s how they receive benefits not available to whites. There are so many programs available, many of which are exclusively aimed at foreigners and minorities, which you will never hear of without a paid advocate. I’ve seen it personally and it’s a tick that i will never dig out of my brain.
The free form last hour is always the best. Charlottesville was a huge success
Charlottesville is what woke me up to this movement.
Comment still in moderation limbo. Replying without hyperlinks: I won’t well actually, because I don’t really know, but the Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission Mike was referencing at ~1 hour 7 minutes might not have even addressed the free speech v. civil rights (14th amendment) debate, which I think Mike was sort of implying was the case here. This was brought up in my poli sci class today, and the instructor was pointing to a technicality (Ashwander rule #3, specifically) that the Supreme Court overturned previous decisions and ruled in favor of the baker/cake shop as a result… Read more »
The book about racial smells etc. Mike mentions Is Race by John R Baker, originally published by Oxford. I got my copy from Dr Pierce, formerly of Pratt & Whitney
NSDAP honored the police killed in the Putsch along with the SA. They were listed on monuments without distinction.
Why do you give them “CO2 is bad”? Since when has ZOG ever told you the truth about anything? Their solutions also speaks volume, They do not themselves believe it for a second its only a power grab.
You do not give them the holocaust why should you give them CO2? At this point the Holocaust has more evidence supporting it then global warming, At least the camps existed.
Pls show obs and obleeks
You need official pee breaks for Mr Stoiker
Global warming is obviously nonsense but I don’t think that hysteria has anything to with ZOG wanting smash the oil market. Because all the alternative to fossil fuel they’re proposing (wind and solar) are dependent on oil and coal as backup fuel when it isn’t blowing or is sunny. If they truly wanted to knock out the fossil fuel industry, ZOG would have been lobby heavely for new nuclear power stations. Something the green movement hate, despite being the most environmentally friendly form of energy. And don’t forget, the green movement hate coal just as much as oil. Coal producing… Read more »
REDACT THE BUREAUCRAT!
Would not discount the possibility that Michael Lind is a subverter.
Will be reading his book soon.
Striker, the problem with subsidizing gym memberships is you are not assured someone will actually go. Additionally, if people receive something for free they value it less than if they pay for it.
Instead I suggest we tax unhealthy food items and use those proceeds to subsidize healthcare costs. Similar to the way we tax tobacco and alcohol. Tax soda, candy, sugar, chips, processed foods, fast food, high fructose corn syrup etc.

Hey Mike.
Stick to dumping on jews and stay out of geoeconomics and the oil market
(US oil imports)
Russia: $2.1 billion (1.3%)
Canada: US$64.3 billion (39.5% of total US imported crude oil)
Strike, Russia doesn’t nationalize companies, the state holds a 51% share of the most important companies like Gazprom and Sberbank therefor control in those companies cannot be taken over. These companies are managed according to free market principles. I also own shares of Russian companies.
You can get a 6 pack in your 30s without steroids. It’s not easy, but you can do it. You just need a good balanced diet, lift weights, do core exercises and some cardio. I wanted it, and I worked for it. Don’t get blackpilled on getting a 6 pack
