Hey Sven I don’t really like to be an arm chair doctor because it could any number of things, but here is something very simple to do. It could be an imbalance in your extensors/flexors in your hand (a somewhat common issue with computer work and grip work). All you need to do is grab a rubber band that is somewhat strong and simple extend your fingers out against it. Do this for like 5 sets of 12-20 reps and see if it starts clearing up in a week and a half.
I’m doing this with one of my wife’s hair ties, i have a compression thing, heating pad, and Aleve. It feels a lot better already. I’m gonna do leg day only for at least 2 weeks anyway tho. Thank you for the suggestion.

Sven, you need to work on your backhand. That is what is messing up your elbow. Don’t lead with your elbow. As you start your forward swing, rotate your arm so that that back of you hand is facing your opponent, and your elbow is in line with your hand/racket, rather than forward of it.

You can do lunges too Svenpai. People think lunges are a gay meme but they’re actually a great workout, and really good to do after squats to hit all the leg muscles squats miss.

I’ve had some good burgers in my time. Uh I… I love a good swiss, melted swiss cheese and mush- roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions on a burger. Uh that is hot stuff, you can get that at- at a number of different places.
