I live in a small Ohio town, local meat, produce is easy to acquire. Advice is to only eat what your grandfather or great grandfather ate, even homemade baked goods are ok, but this processed crap has got to go!

Modern grocery store bread is but that’s not what people were eating prior to 100 years ago or so. Sourdough bread is a health food and a cornerstone of European cuisine.
Like I said, it was considered perfectly normal for people to eat boomer bread until artisan, more traditional methods of breadmaking started to come back in style starting in the early 2000s. Then suddenly wheat started getting demonized and gluten free stuff started popping up everywhere.
If you dont have access to high quality meat get the leanest cuts you can. Animals store toxins in their fat so the protein is still ok.
