I was doing dumbell curls and managed to strain my hand just by gripping hard enough not to drop them. First time I did that. Weird lifting injury. The slightest work with my hand and it still hurts several days later. Being a middle-aged nnnguy means I’m going back to the gym to use the machines. 🏋🏻

I stopped doing bench due to tennis elbow and getting pinned under the barbel. Its not weeeerth it. I just do the other power lifting moves and olympic moves with over head press and pull ups.
Plus the rumor is Joe Weider, homo jew, pushed the bench to grow big chests on men because that was his fetish.
